Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Revenue Sheets for Paddle (the "Service"), a Google Sheets add-on and associated license service. By installing the add-on or purchasing a license you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service syncs billing data from your own Paddle account into a Google Sheets spreadsheet that you control, using a Paddle API key that you provide. The add-on runs inside your Google account; we do not receive, store or process your Paddle API key or your billing data.

2. Licenses and billing

• New installs include a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No payment details are collected for the trial.
• Paid licenses are sold as annual or monthly subscriptions. Order processing, invoicing and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
• One license covers one person, on any number of their own spreadsheets and Paddle accounts.
• You can cancel any time via the link in your Paddle receipt; the license remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share or publish license keys, attempt to circumvent license validation, or use the Service to access a Paddle account you are not authorized to access.

4. Third parties

The Service depends on Google Workspace and on Paddle's public API. We are not responsible for changes, outages or data inaccuracies originating from either platform. Revenue Sheets for Paddle is an independent product and is not affiliated with, made by, or endorsed by Paddle.com Market Ltd or Google LLC.

5. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Figures shown are derived from your Paddle data for convenience and do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice — verify important numbers against Paddle's own reports. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
